4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

- If parcels are returned to us due to unpaid charges, we may deduct costs before issuing any refund.
8. Returns & Refunds
Your right to cancel (online purchases)
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions of return
- To be eligible for a return, Goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and resellable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Faulty or damaged goods
