4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to offer a refund, exchange, or later delivery.
  • Orders under £1 (excluding VAT and shipping) will not be accepted.

6. Delivery

  • We ship using Royal Mail.

  • Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided.
  • If you request delivery to a safe place or neighbour, you accept responsibility for any resulting loss or damage.
  • Delivery failures due to incorrect address or non-collection may result in additional charges.

7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
  • If parcels are returned to us due to unpaid charges, we may deduct costs before issuing any refund.

8. Returns & Refunds

Your right to cancel (online purchases)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Conditions of return

  • To be eligible for a return, Goods must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and resellable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Faulty or damaged goods

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible (within 7 days) for further arrangement..
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover return postage.

9. Pre-orders & Special Orders

  • Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
  • Cancellation is allowed before dispatch. Once goods are shipped, standard cancellation rights apply unless items are personalised/custom-made.
  • Estimated arrival dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profit).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
