    This is a pre-order item and is not currently in stock. Full payment will be collected when the order is placed.

    The estimated arrival date is provided for guidance only and may be subject to change due to production schedules, supplier allocation, customs clearance or shipping arrangements.

  • Mixed Order Policy

    If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the complete order will be dispatched when all items are available. Please place separate orders if you would like your in-stock items to be dispatched immediately. Additional postage may apply if you subsequently request an order to be split.

  • Important Notice Regarding Initial Allocation

    Initial releases may be limited. Although we will request sufficient stock, we may not receive enough to fulfil every pre-order from the first shipment. Stock will normally be allocated in the order that purchases are received. If your order cannot be fulfilled from the initial allocation, it will remain open for a future restock, subject to availability, unless you prefer to cancel. Thank you for your kind understanding.
