Shipping Policy

Shipping

• We ship orders via Royal Mail or FedEx.
• Delivery times are estimates; we cannot guarantee exact dates.
• Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.
• For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

Delivery Issues

• If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible.
• If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or absence, re-delivery may incur extra costs.
• We are not responsible for theft or damage once the parcel is delivered to a safe place or neighbour, if requested.

Pre-orders

• Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.
• You can cancel pre-orders before dispatch. Once shipped, normal cancellation rights apply unless the product is customised.
• Estimated delivery dates are provided, but cannot be guaranteed.
