Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason.
  
• Items must be unopened/unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
• Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
• If an item is faulty or damaged, notify us as soon as reasonably possible (within 7 days) and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our cost.
• Please contact us before returning your products.

The Following items are not refundable:

• Unsealed model kits

• Paints, Spray Cans or any liquid type items such as cements, glue, thinner and cleaner.
